This Welsh Women’s Aid conference will consider recent developments in preventing violence against women and supporting survivors, and explore how we can more effectively work together to prevent such violence from escalating and from happening in the first place.

Speakers include: Prof Rashida Manjoo, UN Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women.

Day 1 – Cardiff City Hall: this day will be of particular interest to professionals working to prevent violence against women.

Day 2 – Butetown Community Centre: the second day will be of particular interest to anyone who wants to get involved in campaigning to end violence towards women.
