The South Wales’ Group continues to grow, attracting fundraisers from a wide range of third sector organisations, voluntary groups, charities, NHS Trusts, freelance professionals an students interested in the sector.

In the last six months round table sessions have been held on the impact of Welsh Language legislation on the sector with a presentation from the office of the Welsh Language Commissioner, Mike Walmsley (previously Chair), delivered a presentation on corporate fundraising, 5-things small charities should know about engaging with business , and discussed the issues arising from media reports around charity mismanagement, abuse of date and charitable giving and the impact it has on the sector.
