NEA Cymru invites you to attend their South Wales autumn 2015 Fuel Poverty Forum, which will focus on fuel poverty and health. The forums are free to attend and have grown from strength to strength. They are the recognised Welsh network in which to raise awareness of fuel poverty and to discuss solutions to the problem.

Why attend?

Cold homes can have a negative impact upon a person’s health and well-being. There is a growing awareness of the health inequalities householders can suffer as a direct result of fuel poverty.

By attending the forum, you will have the opportunity to:

• learn more about projects that are specifically targeting households with health problems for energy efficiency measures or other fuel poverty related interventions;
• be updated on NEA’s Redressing the Balance programme;
• debate and influence the fuel poverty policy agenda in Wales;
• network with other organisations;
• highlight best practice and plant seeds for future collaboration.
