Scratch That Itch at Sherman Theatre
Scratch That Itch returns to the Sherman Theatre for a second time on Thursday 19 June, this time to celebrate Refugee Week. Scratch That Itch is a scratch performance event offering an opportunity to theatre companies, performers and writers to show pieces of work in the very early stages of development. The evening also provides the audience with a chance to give feedback on the work they have seen in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Scratch That Itch at the Sherman promises a varied evening of new and original pieces of work, which may include spoken word, dance, new writing and comedy. There is no need to book in advance, entry is free and the bar will be open all evening; some food and drink will be provided.
Anyone interested in showing come work should email letmescratchthatitch@gmail.com
Slots are 10 mins max.
Scratch That Itch and Sherman 5 at Sherman Cymru are working in partnership to develop this event with the ambition to support a range of diverse artists/performers. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who would like to showcase their artistic talents in a friendly environment – now is the time to get involved!
Scratch That Itch was started with support from National Theatre Wales Team and is also supported by Sherman 5 at Sherman Cymru.
