The Renting Homes Bill will completely overhaul tenancies for all rented homes in Wales in both the private and social sectors.
Due to be introduced to the Assembly in early 2015, the Bill will create a new legal system for tenancies based on principles of equality, simplicity and fairness. This Shelter Cymru half-day briefing session will explore what the Bill means for tenants and landlords across Wales.
