Reducing Stress and Increasing Emotional Resilience
This Diverse Cymru course is centred on the notion of mindfulness and increased well being. Workplaces have become increasingly stressful in the past years and apart from job stress, there are also many events in life that can cause stress, such as relationships, financial difficulties and our attitudes and behaviours.
This course uses simple mindfulness techniques to help you reduce that stress and increase your ability to deal with it, so leading to improved health and well-being.
