This Cardiff Council course is for Adult Services Team managers; Social Workers and anyone with Case Management / Care Co-ordinator responsibility; managers of residential homes and managers of domiciliary agencies.

It is essential that all participants have attended (or completed previously) the Recognition and Referral Training (Level 2 POVA) or have completed refresher training using the E-learning package at this level.
