Promoting Equality and Managing Diversity training course is run by Full Circle, a social enterprise based in South Wales, supporting children and young people’s well-being to improve educational outcomes. Full Circle provides training, resources, pupil workshops, consultancy services, and events to support youth well-being.

This course explores the new equality legislation and its impact on public sector services, specifically schools and education authorities. Suitable for Heads, Senior Management Teams, Pastoral Staff, Governors, LEA staff, and youth and community organisations, participants will develop their awareness of the inequalities that still exist and identify the tools to promote equality and manage diversity within their school or organisation.
