- A good project plan will help your organisation turns its vision for a project into a reality. This course is aimed at those who are involved in developing project plans for funding applications. By the end of the course participants will understand the key concepts and terminology around project planning, be able to describe the project cycle and maximise their success of securing funding.

- Describe the project cycle, from planning to delivery and through to project completion
- Understand some of the key concepts and common terminology of project management
- Understand the role of monitoring and evaluation of your project
- Understand what will give your project the best chance of success and how to manage risks
