The aim of this WCVA six-day course is to provide those who run projects within their organisation with practical skills and knowledge so that they can deliver and demonstrate successful project outcomes.

This course is for anybody who has responsibility for developing and running projects as part of their everyday work

• Completing the written assessments based on a real project at work
