This Cymorth Cymru course aims to increase your understanding of the abuse of vulnerable adults and the action you should take to prevent abuse.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

·         Recognise who is a vulnerable adult

·         Identify the types and signs of adult abuse

·         Explain how to respond to a disclosure of actual or alleged abuse

·         Explain their role and responsibility in relation to the Protection of Vulnerable Adult (POVA) policy.
