NHS Direct Wales/Welsh Ambulance Service is looking to hold workshops with the public to look at the content of the NHS Direct Wales website. They are looking to gain information such as:

– whether it’s meeting public needs
– if it’s easy to use
– people’s behaviour using the site (e.g. search terms, using the search box first, using the links on the home page first)
– people’s perception of the website as a primary source of information on health, well being and NHS Wales services. 

There will be both morning and afternoon sessions (approximately 2 hours).
