Minority Ethnic Communities Health Fair 2013 takes place on Wednesday 6 March from 9:30am to 3:00pm at City Hall, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3ND.

Find out how to improve your health at this FREE event through:
·       Health information stands to help you think about your health needs
·       Health checks including blood pressure, diabetes risk, eye and ears.
·       Pampering treatments, light exercise and Zumba taster sessions

Refreshments, lunch and crèche also available on the day.

The Minority Ethnic Communities Health Fair is being organised by MEWN Cymru, Sight Cymru (previously Sight Support), Ethnic Minority Communities First (Cardiff), Cardiff Third Sector Council, BAWSO Women’s Aid, The Mentor Ring, Cardiff Council and Cardiff & Vale University Health Board.
