This course is suitable for professionals and volunteers in the sector who wish to gain an awareness and understanding on the subject area (Level 1).

The course content includes the following:

Mephedrone, M-Cat, Meow Meow or Plant: The problematic drug. The course will explore what Mephedrone does to the human body and the risks associated with its use. It will also explore harm reduction techniques in order to ensure risks are minimised. 

Learning outcomes:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

1. List the side effects of Mephedrone
2. Identify the risks surrounding Mephedrone
3. Examine methods of use, analyse risks and explore harm minimisation methods.
