Diverse Cymru’s Co-Creating Healthy Change project is holding their next forum meeting in Cardiff in August. They are pleased to inform you that the Welsh Ambulance Service will be speaking at the meeting and you will be able to share your own views on the service at the meeting. The meeting is free to attend and is open to members of the public. Diverse Cymru particularly welcomes BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) people, carers, disabled people, LGB (Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual) people, older people and transgender people.

Light refreshments will be provided and expenses will be offered for travel and replacement care costs (including child care). If you would like to claim travel costs please keep your receipts. Also, if possible, if you are claiming replacement care costs, please let Diverse Cymru know before the meeting.
