Aims: To provide learners with the knowledge and understanding to plan and implement a system for recording distance travelled and soft outcomes for participants within the context of EU funding

• Understand the benefits of being able to identify and monitor soft outcomes
• Explain the difference between soft outcomes and hard outcomes
• Develop a framework for planning, implementing and measuring soft  

  outcomes as part of their overall evaluation strategy
• Understand the range of tools available for measuring soft outcomes
• Plan an approach and identify the measurement tools to use for their project
