Employment Support Services at The Welsh Council for Action on Dependency and Addiction would like to invite you to a free 3-hour morning workshop.
A ½-day event covering all elements relating to drug and alcohol use in the workplace. 
By the end of the session delegates will be able to:
-Recognise the impact of alcohol or drug misuse on the individual and workplace performance
-Develop awareness of key legislation relating to substance misuse at work
-Identify commonly used drugs and recognise the physical and psychological effects on a person
-Recognise signs and symptoms of misuse
-Implement practical strategies to manage and address individuals they suspect may be misusing
