Due to an oversubscription to the Localgiving funding surgery we ran in November, Lauren Swain, the Localgiving Manager for South Wales, is returning to run one-to-one 30-minute sessions at C3SC offices, Third Floor, Baltic House, Cardiff CF10 5FH between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

Aimed at registered and non-registered charities, the surgery is for local groups that want to hear more about the new Development Programme in Wales.

This is an entirely free opportunity as it is fully funded by Big Lottery to support third sector groups to develop online fundraising.

By taking part in the funding surgery, you can access:

• A year’s free Localgiving membership and access to gift aid on all donations, whether you are a registered charity or not – 20% extra on every gift including free admin;
•  A matchfunded campaign (£200 ring-fenced for every group) to make that first ‘ask’ easier. Localgiving also runs two other matchfunding incentives each autumn;
•  A free package of training in how to fundraise online, promote your cause and run online appeals (tailored to your needs);
•   A dedicated, locally-based Localgiving team member to support you in everything.
