NHS Wales is inviting service users and carers to an event to discuss the integration of health and social care services. This is an opportunity for service users and carers to highlight their experiences and have a say about development of future services, particularly relating to secondary care and community care and a potential new role.

There are only a limited number of places available, so please respond as soon as possible. Service users and carers can attend with a support worker if required.

Travel expenses will be paid and some limited parking spaces are available.
