International Women’s Day
Empowering women in Wales in times of austerity
The programme on the day will include talks from guest speakers about ‘Empowering Women in Times of Austerity’, in addition to a rich entertainment programme, which includes various performances and a multicultural fashion show.
There will be entertainment activities for children, including face painting and paper design; while the mothers could enjoy the beauty and complementary therapies with lots of surprise treats.
A buffet lunch will be served on the day.
There will be information stalls from various organisations & partners from the statutory, private and third sectors publicising and informing BME communities about their services. There will also be ethnic clothes/jewellery/food stalls.
