This NewLink Wales course is aimed at those people supporting individuals with, or at risk of contracting Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C or HIV.
By the end of the course you should be able to:
- Explain the differences between Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV
- Examine the ways in which BBVs can be transmitted
- Analyse the fears, stigma and social issues around BBV
- Describe the referral, testing and treatment process
- Explore methods and actions that can reduce the risks of harm
