This course is intended for those that are working with food in a catering environment, whether it’s in relation to the preparation, cooking or serving of food. The training will be delivered by Ajuda Foundation.

We have availability for 12 spaces – early booking is encouraged.

After successful completion of the course, participants will be accredited.
