Communities First ECLP (part of C3SC) is organising an open day where there will be free taster sessions in loads of different activities.

There will be tours of the centre, a crèche, refreshments, bouncy castle and health information stalls. There will also be opportunities to find out more about the projects being delivered by East Cardiff, Llanedeyrn and Pentwyn Communities First.
Us Girls Alive and Bump into Action will be launching the new Young Mum’s project which will provide activities for both adults and children, health and general information. The programme aims to provide physical
activity and access to health information for young women who are pregnant or have children.
