Following on from our Workshop on Co-Producing Volunteer Survey Questions held on 5 December, this session brings together the Cardiff Volunteer Coordinators’ Network (CVCN) Survey Subgroup to continue our collaborative work on developing shared volunteer survey questions.

In our previous meeting, we successfully drafted two core questions. These have been tested with volunteers from across the network. In this follow-up meeting, we will:

• Review and finalise the first two drafted questions based on feedback from volunteers
• Co-create a third and final question, shaped by volunteer insights around what they feel is important for their supervisors or managers to know

This session is an opportunity to reflect on the feedback we’ve gathered and ensure the final questions are relevant, inclusive, and useful across different organisations.

Once finalised, the complete set of shared questions will be circulated to the full CVCN for agreement, with an invitation for members to adopt them within their own volunteer feedback mechanisms.
