This workshop is presented by Sport.Cardiff in partnership with Business in the Community and looks at improving club finances and business planning.

The course covers basic finance for clubs, including financial terminology, controlling costs, understanding financial records and basic business planning to make a club run smoothly. You do not have to be the treasurer of the club to attend and benefit from this seminar.
