Discussions will focus around the Social Services (Wales) Bill and the implications for children, young people and their families. This one day conference is aimed at policy makers and practitioners working in all sections of the children and families sector in Wales.
 
Delegates will hear first from Gwenda Thomas AM, Deputy Minister for Children and Social Services followed by a set of responses from key professionals from social services, health, education and the third sector.
 
Wide-ranging implications for the sector will be explored through round table workshops and speakers.
