The pandemic has caused unprecedented levels of disruption, including in the labour market. Many of the changes have hit young people and poorer communities hardest. This event, organised by Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC), aims to bring young people, employers and recruiters together to connect and discuss the important issues for the post-pandemic labour market – the abilities and skills employers are looking for, and for employers to hear what young people need to enter and succeed in the world of work. You will also have the opportunity to hear about C3SC’s employment support schemes.
