C3SC Training: Monitoring and Evaluating you Organisation

This course aims to enable participants to understand the purpose and application of monitoring and evaluation systems. The session will look at why organisations need to monitor and evaluate their work, who needs this information and how to put an evaluation framework in place which will help you report on your organisation’s achievements.
By the end of the session, participants will understand:
- what can be measured
- the different methods of measurement
- how to design a simple monitoring and evaluation system
