This course will provide you with the information, tools and a framework for setting up and implementing a risk management system for your organisation. It will take you through a practical approach to risk management, and will explore how you can analyse and manage risk using tried and tested systems.

• Have improved awareness of risks, their likely impact and the importance of taking proactive action
• Understand how to introduce a risk framework using tools and techniques to assess, evaluate and manage risk
