This course is for anyone in the voluntary sector who takes part in committee meetings. The course will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to be effective in chairing meetings.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

·       Identify the role of the chair and consider the knowledge and skills required

·        Understand the preparation and planning needed for success

·        Identify tools to work towards a successful meeting
