This course takes you through the different types of incorporated structures available for a voluntary or-ganisation and will provide you with an understanding of the work involved in becoming incorporated.
Attending this course will enable you to:
- understand what incorporation means for a voluntary organisation
- explore the different incorporated structures
- know of the implications of setting up and running an incorporated organisation
- understand the key components of a Memorandum and Articles of Association
Ideal for: trustees, board members, committee members and staff of voluntary organisations in Wales who are considering becoming an incorporated organisation.
