C3SC Training: Food Hygiene Level 2
This accredited course will help you to:
– Be aware of the need for Food Hygiene within a historical and contemporary context
– Be able to identify major hazards to food safety and the main sources of contamination
– Describe the main sources of food poisoning and common symptoms
– Be able to describe practices to adopt in order to avoid the spread of bacteria
– Be aware of the reasons and procedures for thorough cleaning and appropriate maintenance of food premises and equipment in controlling hazards to food safety
– State and explain the reasons for high standards in personal hygiene
– Have the knowledge to deal with problems arising from pets
Please note: there will be a flat rate charge of £15 to cover the cost of your accreditation, in addition the usual course fee (if applicable).
