Brexit: What will it mean for Wales to leave the EU?

10th October 2016 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

This Institute of Welsh Affairs event is being run in partnership with Eversheds

The vote to leave the EU has triggered shock-waves that have been felt by markets globally and not just in Europe itself. Although there are considerable challenges ahead, there are also significant opportunities and this seminar will explore these issues with a focus on Wales.

You are invited to attend this free event as Ros Kellaway, Eversheds’ Head of Competition, EU and Regulatory, discusses the implications of Brexit alongside an expert panel session and audience Q&A.

Panelists will be IWA’s keynote speaker along with Neil Hamilton, Assembly Member for Mid & West Wales; Gerald Holtham, CEO, Cadwyn Capital and Dr Jo Hunt, senior fellow at The UK in a Changing Europe and Reader in EU Law at the Cardiff School of Law and Politics.

The Chair for the evening will be Catrin Haf Jones, Presenter and Reporter, ITV Cymru Wales.

Please note, this is a limited capacity event, to avoid disappointment please register early.
