This seminar will provide a summary of the main points included in the Draft Wales Bill, as well as give an overview of the important issues and concerns that have been raised during pre-legislative scrutiny.

Confirmed speakers include devolution legal experts Professor Rick Rawlings (University College London) and Professor Thomas Watkin, with others to be confirmed.

There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
