Working together to make Wales a good place to grow older for everyone

To celebrate the second anniversary of the launch of Ageing Well in Wales, there will be an event in North and South Wales celebrating some of the fantastic work taking place in Welsh towns, villages and cities to make them good places to grow older. The events will be an opportunity to share knowledge and develop new ideas on how together we can make Wales a nation of age-friendly and dementia-supportive communities to prevent falls, tackle loneliness and isolation, and improve learning and employment opportunities for older people.

Hear about the achievements of the programme and future plans; meet and hear from some of the stars of Ageing Well in Wales, people and organisations making a real difference to the lives and wellbeing of older people in their communities.

Lunch will be provided. Places at the events are limited.
