This course is aimed at people who have completed NewLink Wales’ Substance Misuse Awareness course and may be suitable for people who have some knowledge of substance misuse already. The course will describe the commonly used substances and analyse the risks surrounding the misuse of substances. It will identify the main methods of drug use and explore some harm reduction techniques. In addition it will examine the injection process, analyse risks and explore harm reduction methods.
