Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health Single Point of Access

Professionals working with children and young people can now call the ‘Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health Single Point of Access’ for advice on whether a referral to specialist services will meet an individual’s needs and for information on wider support available.

The Single Point of Access has been introduced to streamline the referral process and enhance access to services.

  • General or administrative queries, including speaking to case holders – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
  • Professional consultation line – Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm.
  • Potential crisis calls – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
