Creative Grow Well: Free Nature-Inspired Craft Sessions

Grow Cardiff is offering free indoor, nature-inspired craft sessions this autumn and winter for individuals living in, or registered with a GP in, Riverside, Canton, Pontcanna, Ely, or Caerau.

The weekly sessions provide an opportunity to take part in creative activities, enjoy conversation, and share freshly made hot soup.

Dates: Thursdays, 23 October 2025 – 26 March 2026 Time: 1.00 – 3.00 pm
Venue: Wesley Methodist Church Hall, 2A Nottingham Street, Cardiff, CF5 1JP
(No sessions on 25 December 2025, 1 January, or 19 February 2026.)
