  • HEAT – Referral link – Led by The Wise Group, HEAT provides 1-1 mentoring support and advocacy to vulnerable households in England and Wales. Advice is holistic, independent, and tailored to fuel-poor households experiencing energy crises. Mentors speak a variety of languages for extra support. Energy & Utility Bills Saving Advice

• British Gas Energy Trust (Fuel Debt Support)
• Care and Repair: Services Services include assisting you to improve, repair or adapt your home and are available to individuals aged 60 or over,  Some services may be chargeable dependent on eligibility.
• Home – Nest Wales (nest.gov.wales)  The Nest scheme offers a range of free, impartial advice and, if you are eligible, a package of free home energy efficiency improvements such as a new boiler, central heating, insulation, or solar panels. This can lower your energy bills and benefit your health and wellbeing.
