The Welsh Government is consulting on the Mental Health Standards of Care (Wales) Bill, with a closing date of the 22nd March 2024. This is a Private Member’s Bill that seeks to set new mental health legislation for Wales. Information on the contents of the bill and how to respond can be found on the consultation page.
