Become a Workplace Champion
Supporting colleagues who balance work and care
More than 1 in 7 people in Wales are balancing paid work with unpaid caring responsibilities, yet many remain unaware of the support available to them.
Carers Wales invites organisations to join a free online information session to learn about the Workplace Champion role and how it contributes to creating more supportive and inclusive workplaces.

In this session, participants will learn how Workplace Champions can:

  • Support colleagues who are unpaid carers

  • Raise awareness of caring responsibilities across the workplace

  • Signpost carers to vital information, services, and networks

The session will also explore how this role aligns with the wider work of Carers Wales, and how Workplace Champions can make a real difference within their organisations.
