The latest version of the Care’diff news(spring 2024) is now available and is available in English link to attachment and Welsh link to attachment. Paper copies will be available from Hubs and Libraries, Care Hubs, GP Surgeries and Hospital Information points, from our ILS visiting officers or from some 3rd sector and community venues from next week. If you would like to receive a delivery of the current issue or have not received your delivery of the previous issue please let us know so we can ensure you are on the paper copy distribution list.

 

A few highlights of this edition:

  • There are details of the sitting service pilot project: a chance to get a one off companionship carer to sit with the person you care for to give you a chance to get something done for your wellbeing, whether than be an appointment or an afternoon out with friends.
  • There is also a survey on the future of the Care’diff Support Groups.

  • The launch of the new SmallGoodStuff directory for holistic care and support services which can be accessed privately or via direct payments.
