Over the past year, the Bevan Commission and Llais, in partnership with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), have led a national “Silly Rules” initiative.

This aimed to identify the everyday practices and process that may unintentionally constrain factors including quality, efficiency and workforce capacity across health and social care services in Wales.

The national report and supporting resources are now available and can be accessed here:  Silly Rules National Report – Bevan Commission.
