The Bevan Commission has published its Annual Review for 2024–2025, offering a summary of key achievements, priorities, and insights from the past year. The report is structured around the four foundations of the Foundations for the Future model: resilient communities, integrated care, sustainable services, and innovation.

The Commission welcomes ideas and feedback to further support collaboration and improvements in health and care across Wales.
