ASC Autumn Training Programme 2024 – safeTALK ASIST & Talking Mats

Advocacy Support Cymru (ASC) have recently shared their Autumn Training Programme 2024 with workshops available for organisations to book on. To find out more, please refer to the training calendar here or the information below.

In addition, information about their Talking Mats course has also been shared, recommended for clinical practitioners, carers and support workers to attend. Talking Mats is an innovative, award-winning communications method that has been based upon extensive research and designed by Speech and Language Therapists. Suicide Alertness & Intervention

  • safeTALK – Suicide Alertness for Everyone – Wednesday 18th September 10:00-13:30 – Course content
  • ASIST – Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training – Tuesday 22nd & Wednesday 23rd October 09:00-17:00 (both days) – Course content
