Arthritis UK Cymru: New Virtual Support Services Now Live

Arthritis UK Cymru has launched a new suite of free virtual services designed to support people living with arthritis and musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions across Wales. The programme offers accessible online sessions that provide information, education, and practical support for individuals at any stage of their journey.
What’s Available:
  • Physical Activity Classes (Chi-Me):
    Gentle, Tai Chi–influenced exercises suitable for people with arthritis and MSK conditions. These sessions aim to improve flexibility, balance, and muscle strength.
  • Information & Support Talks:
    Peer-supported sessions running Monday–Friday on key topics such as Managing Pain, Fatigue, and Mental Wellness (developed in partnership with the Mental Health Foundation).
  • Self-Management Programme:
    Designed to help individuals build confidence, knowledge, and skills to better manage long-term conditions.
At least one free session is offered every weekday (excluding bank holidays), ensuring regular and reliable access to support.
