Callum Stubbs

Callum joined C3SC’s Board in June 2026.

I moved to Cardiff in 2024 with my wife as we begin to build our life here, having previously lived and worked in London.

My degree and early career were in international development, including working with a small international grant funder. For the past eight years, I have worked in UK charity grant funding, including five years at The National Lottery Community Fund, and I currently work for The London Community Foundation. Alongside my professional role, I have also held a range of voluntary positions with grassroots organisations, including in direct delivery and fundraising.

Having been involved in the charity sector, either as a volunteer or professionally, for over 18 years, I am keen to support the voluntary and community sector in my new home in Cardiff.

My skillset includes grant funding, fundraising, outreach and stakeholder engagement. Through my work, I have developed a strong understanding of funding systems and have worked closely with charity infrastructure organisations to support partnerships and capacity building across the sector. I am keen to bring this experience and perspective to my first trustee role.
