Integration and Rebalancing Capital Funding (IRCF): Information Session
Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board and C3SC are pleased to invite third sector organisations to an online information session to explore opportunities available through the Integration and Rebalancing Capital Fund (IRCF).
This session will provide information on the capital funding that is available, with an opportunity to discuss potential project ideas and alignment with the fund’s priorities.
Eligible Project Areas
- Integrated Health and Social Care Hubs: support for the development of community hubs that bring health and social care services together in one location, improving access to coordinated care and support through a single local point of access.
- Rebalancing the Adult Residential Care Market: support is available for not-for-profit organisations, housing associations and local authorities working within the adult residential care sector that help move adult residential care towards models focused on social value and improving outcomes for older people.
- Eliminating Profit from Children’s Residential Care: may be of particular interest to organisations with expertise in residential care, fostering, family support, trauma-informed practice and community-based services to support the transition of services towards not-for-profit children’s residential care.
Capital Funding may support
- Land and building acquisitions
- Establishment, growth or expansion of not-for-profit residential care services
- Refurbishment, adaptation or improvement of buildings that support the fund’s priorities
