Budgeting for projects Funding Workshop

An online training session to support community groups based in Cardiff to improve their project seeking sustainable funding.
This funding workshop will help third sector organisations improve their understanding on project budgeting and help participants to draw project budget for funding application.
The aims and objectives of the session are that attendees to:
- Plan a project budget.
- Prepare cash flow forecast.
- Manage accounts
- Monitor and report on a project budget.
The event will take place on Teams and the link will be sent through the day prior to the event.
