All Wales survey for patient reviews of HRT treatment

NHS Wales Performance and Improvement is leading on a project which aims to understand expectations and experiences of review appointments for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) as part of menopausal care.

The information from the survey will improve the understanding of expectations, experiences and levels of satisfaction with HRT reviews in Wales. This will help to improve future services. The survey is bilingual, voluntary and all information provided will be confidential.
